Integrated Pharmacy Card

Primary PhysicianCare provides each of our clients with a single integrated member ID card that is used for all of these plan benefits:  medical, dental, pharmacy, and vision.  We support all major pharmacy PBMs, and also support logos and claims routing for all major regional and national PPO Networks. 

We can print detailed benefit information on the ID cards including prescription and office copays and In-Network/Non-Network deductibles.  Special EAP and carve-out Psychological Network service numbers also can be included on the cards as well as your company logo. 

All of our ID cards are made of high-quality, 30-mill, high-gloss plastic.
