Primary PhysicianCare provides COBRA administration to free employers from the time-consuming details of complying with the notification and reporting requirements of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA). Our fully-integrated services facilitate the continuation of healthcare coverage under certain qualifying events and include all required notifications, premium collections and compliance monitoring.

Fully-Integrated Administration. Primary PhysicianCare uses the industry-standard Travis Software platform for COBRA administration coupled with our high-volume mail facility to make our service efficient and accurate. - Compliance with all notification requirements (including notification by first class mail with proof of delivery)
- Collection of monthly premiums from qualified beneficiaries
- Monitoring of late payments and status of the individual's continued eligibility
- Maintenance of a toll-free assistance line by customer service personnel who answer questions about COBRA entitlement and options
- Provision of premium coupons to each active COBRA participant
- Notification to eligible members of COBRA eligibility or termination of COBRA coverage
- Provision of HIPAA Certificates of Creditable Coverage for all COBRA coverage periods
- Record keeping and reporting as needed to assist you in tracking COBRA activity
