Open PositionsIMMEDIATE NEED: Health Coach
Customer Service Representatives
We are seeking qualified candidates for part-time health coaching positions. Successful candidates will provide health-coaching services by phone to wellness program participants. Health coaches will initiate new participants into the program, develop rapport with them, and follow up with multiple coaching calls. They will document health-coaching activity in an electronic database and manage a caseload of participants. Knowledge about diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, asthma, and the lifestyle issues related to these conditions is required. Common topics for discussion with participants include weight loss, blood pressure management, cholesterol management, increasing physical activity, stress management, and smoking cessation. Knowledge or work experience in health behavior change and strong communication skills are required. Preferred qualifications include a degree in health promotion, psychology, or other health-related field; experience or training in motivational interviewing; and fluency in Spanish. The position offers flexible hours, however, the ability to work afternoons and evenings is required. Willingness to work one weekend day per month is a plus. Occasional travel to client sites may be involved.

Responsibilities include effectively quoting accurate provider and benefit information to members; handling routine customer service issues and referring any escalated concerns to a team leader while providing the utmost courtesy to all callers. Requires excellent computer skills, self-motivation, a strong work ethic, effective problem solving skills, strong verbal communication skills, and a high school diploma. Also desired (but not required): bilingual in Spanish and English, knowledge of medical terms, familiarity with phone techniques and skills, and knowledge of the claims system.
Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking part-time and full-time Nurse Practitioners Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; Burlington, Iowa; and Cleveland, Ohio. The qualified candidate will follow general directions to work independently within established protocols and policies, exercising initiative and sound judgment in direct patient care. The physician supervisor will assign other duties that are within the guidelines of the Nurse Practitioner Licensure. Bi-lingual in Spanish/English is a plus but is not required. We are offering a highly competitive compensation and benefits package, and the opportunity to work for a solid, stable company. Requirements: graduate of a state-approved school of nursing with a BS or MS; completion of a certified Nurse Practitioner program; and current licensure for Nurse Practitioner by the North Carolina State Board of Nursing.IMMEDIATE NEED: Bilingual Contract Nurse
We have an immediate need for experienced and dynamic registered nurses who are bilingual in Spanish and English to work at health fairs and screenings.
